A car rental website that has emerged as a new and lucrative option for Indian citizens to get a car is gaining traction in the market.
A local newspaper has said that the company is being offered to people living in areas of India where the government is trying to improve its transport infrastructure.
The Times of Indian has published a picture of a vehicle that it claims is a Tesla Model S with its car rental agency logo emblazoned on it.
It says that the car is owned by a man from Hyderabad and it is used for a rental company.
A car park has also been located at the company’s location.
The website has been popular in the Indian market for its low price, low upfront fees and a simple and clear process of booking the car.
It was recently revealed that the number of people living under water in the country has risen to nearly 9 million and the country’s roads are the third most congested in the world, after China and India.
There are currently more than 300,000 car rental agencies in India.
According to a survey conducted by the National Sample Survey Organisation, a national survey company, only 4.8 per cent of Indians surveyed reported that they have a car with them on a daily basis.
In an interview with Reuters news agency, the company spokesperson said that they had been trying to get traction in India, but have been unsuccessful so far.
“The number of car rental companies in India is growing and we are not sure how to attract customers and grow our business,” the spokesperson said.
“We have been trying and have been offering to people who live in the region but the people have not accepted our offer.”
The spokesperson did not elaborate on what the company was offering.
Tesla was the first car rental provider to offer its services in India in 2016.
In 2016, the car rental service was launched in Delhi and Mumbai.
Tesla said that it was not offering a car to customers living in its home market.
